WAYS TO HELP ANGELWOOD

Volunteer Opportunities:

  • Bring a group for yard or house maintenance
  • Assist with public relations by helping with mailings and fundraising events
  • Organize a paper product and cleaning supply drive
  • Summer camp - four weeks in July (Mon-Fri 9am-3pm) and                     Parents Night Out during the school year
  • Regular Volunteer Involvement - Going to group homes to get to know people living there and helping with crafts and leisure activities. Regular activities such as mowing grass or assisting in office with telephones and clerical work.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: any person volunteering 3 or more hours weekly, directly with those utilizing our program must have a background check through the Duval County Sheriff's office. Angelwood will facilitate the process.

 Monetary Donations:

  • All Donations are tax deductible
  • Certified agency of  the United Way of Northeast Florida to receive designated gifts. Note: Angelwood only receives United Way designated gifts, not general community fund dollars
  • Northeast FL State Employee's Charitable campaign (FSECC)
  • Contributions may be designated to support specific programs or given to the general support of the programs.
  • Contributions may be made payable to: ANGELWOOD, INC.
